Automation before “platform engineering” had a name.

Worked close to infrastructure and enterprise data across more than 300 servers, using software to reduce repetitive configuration, deployment, database-maintenance, and debugging work.

Amazon Prime · Software Development Engineer

Operating customer systems at global scale.

Built and operated exceptionally high-volume Prime entry points across retail and multiple Amazon device generations within an ecosystem of thousands of services, and prepared customer hot paths for holiday peak traffic.

  • Carried a core signup journey across retail and multiple generations of Amazon devices.
  • Managed multiple customer-facing endpoints whose sustained request volume demanded careful capacity planning, instrumentation, and operational readiness.
  • Analyzed prior-year AWS traffic trends to model holiday demand for Prime front-page entry points.
  • Built service-specific dashboards for holiday hot paths, making emerging capacity and latency risks visible during peak traffic.
  • Used metrics and dependency analysis to operate customer flows within Amazon's ecosystem of thousands of interconnected services.
  • Managed promotional material through release-flagging and scheduling systems for coordinated, reversible launches across Prime entry points.
